APPLEJACK ORCHARD IN MN UPGRADE
Once he forgot to transfer our 'written appt' to the actual date and when i called the day prior, admitted he forgot to write it in, but did state he would upgrade the next flight to 'semi private'. We had made every weekend but two available and had it formally scheduled over 15 times, this was supposed to have been our Anniversary gift.
